      Awesome, I love doing this, it breaks up the workout. Your body may hate you tomorrow, but it will be a good feeling that you worked it really hard.

    Before the sun went down I hit the gym for some laps, but once it dropped, so did the heat. It was beautiful so I took a quick lap around the 'hood!
