      Nice job Rachel, but listen to your knee. Cool that you combined walking and jogging, that's what I did when I slowly getting my knee back to normal.

      It is painful but the brace keeps my knee stable from the PCL tear. It is lightweight (considering its size) and takes some getting used to, but I'll take it since it means I can walk/run any distance. :)

      big bummer. only thought is to ask your doc for PT (person) recommendation that can develop a plan to you given everything. might even be "covered" by insurance as needed!!!

      Thanks for all the encouragement and ideas. They are both greatly appreciate. I have the "belt floaty" for aqua jogging, so I think that is a definite yes, biking and elliptical I will be able to do about 6 months post op. PT is a must and I plan to do whatever it takes to come back, cause if I can't come back to running, you will see me posting from the looney ward!
