Such a nice day! I felt pretty good and really tried to keep it at a relaxed pace. Went faster than I should have, but I didn't go crazy. It's definitely too hot for 12 miles with no water. After 9 miles, i was lucky enough to find a local 5k and grabbed a bottle of water there.

    Great pace on the run! Good thing the 5k was going on. I'm sure the water helped a lot!
