I skipped speed session tonight to help motivate my friend (and massage therapist) during her FIRST 5K walk/jog. I didn't need to run tonight anyway. I promised Renea K. I would take it easy this week! It is so fun to be part of someone's first. I can't wait to see Jen B. and Bhushan M. complete their first marathon!!
