  3. Body pump and 2 mile run on Sat

  4. Since Monday...I am a little behind on documenting...walked 15 miles since Mon, 30 min run today!

  5. 60 min Zumba....and now I feel like dancing at a night!

  6. 15 min Body Attack and 60 min Body Pump!

  10. One hour cross trainer yesterday!

  11. 30 min Body Attack Express & 60 min Body Pump...this "bunny ears" gal feels fabulous!!!

  13. Recreational swim was yesterday for two hrs with bug

  14. Rode cross trainer for 30 min and mountain climber cross trainer for 30 min...had to give my knees a break from running for a few days. 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, shoulders & triceps on weights

  15. Yesterday was a break from the gym but an hour of dance wii with my Lily bug and free weights...60 lbs mission to lose in a safe way!

  16. 3 mi run...2 mi mountain climber cross trainer...tushy load of sit-ups and push-ups!

  17. Been so busy with wife, mother, and college student ran 2 mi on Sat and 3 mi on Mon
