ok, fail. i was supposed to run 12. My ankles are weak. I was literally unable to run without stopping every 2 minutes. its my ankles!! how do I make them stronger?? please tell me!!!!

that was not fun. I definitely overdid it last week and I'm paying the consequences. Will take it a tad bit easier this week. Looking forward to a better run tomorrow.

oops, I meant to go 10 again today but the gym closed on me! i either need to start running outside more or going to the gym earlier!!! will try this again on Wednesday (my day off of work)
