Wonderful race recap, Rachel!!! I haven't even started mine for the blog yet. It was a wonderful journey and you were fantastic out there! I was so excited each time I'd turn around at an aid station and see you right there behind me again! I got the biggest grin that you were chasing me down and holding on so well!!! You were AWESOME!!!!! I'm so happy you and Paul ended up together. I could tell you needed someone with you and he seemed to need you just as badly as a trail mate! So proud of you!

I guess the only advice I can pass onto others is that if you are feeling burned out or frustrated in your training, play to your strength's for awhile until you feel better. That's what I plan on doing for the next several months :-D

Thanks Christie. I want to do something like this again...as soon as possible. I had so much fun. I feel recharged and ready to hit the trails and road again. I'm seeing a PT for my hip starting Friday so hopefully I can knock down the pain but it's not going to stop me from running.
