    I think MP and I ran four miles tonight. Rainy and cold. Took a small walk breakk - tummy acting up. Not sure of our pace either. Couldn't get my watch to work properly. Ugh.

    Step workout. At 8 a.m. the outside temp was -5 degrees. Too cold. The highs for today are not going to get about 24 degrees with wind.

    Ran on the treadmill today. Very cold temps outdoors. Started slowly and gradually increased pace. Also lifted weights for about 15 minutes.
