    Jimmy and I spotted a bear on our bike ride. A big, black bear. Stopped me in my tracks. Jimmy thought it was pretty neat. I didn't care so much for seeing a bear.

    Felt good until around mile 14. By mile 15 I was feeling pretty tired. Last mile was really hard. Temp. rose from 67 degrees to 86. Yuck.
