      Thank you, Rob :-)) Lots of breaks in there, obviously. It was painful and I honestly don't know how I made it as far as did. A friend was with me the last 10 or so and she helped me A LOT!!

      Thank you. I'm a little nervous about this one. It's a soft surface with no traction. Very slow out there, too. Not that I'm fast, but if I were...:-)) It will be fun. I'm definitely going for a 50K distance. I would love to have a 50 miler under my belt, but I will be very pleased with a 50K distance on that trail. Good times coming right up!!

      No. Just trying to shake things up a little. I was in the lower end of my training zone for most of it, until the end. Then I definitely pushed too hard :-)) I run on empty more than not. If it goes over 2 hours I start eating something. I try to do both.
