Every time I see a runner while driving, I want to honk and give thumbs up for encouragement... but I never do because I don't want to scare them! Planning for Red Door pub run this afternoon.

Holy moley, today my brother did four half mile intervals @ 3 min each... looks like I need to start interval training immediately!

Terrific 5K on the mill yet again, Rachel. I am not looking forward to the days when I'll have to get up really early in the morning to get in my training runs because it gets too hot and humid.
