  1. Studying for a huge exam, so I won't be on any social sites for several weeks. Still running though :) I'll be back!

      Yeah once I did get irritated but the guy in the jeep was doing it to grab my attention and raise a thumb in encouragement. I was pleasantly surprised and happy throughout the run that day. In India, people honk excessively

      Terrific 5K on the mill yet again, Rachel. I am not looking forward to the days when I'll have to get up really early in the morning to get in my training runs because it gets too hot and humid.

    Right hip felt odd today so I intended to take it a bit easy...but once I started my hip felt fine & I got excited so ran a little faster than planned.
