good HB Tri Train: Ocean Swim - Ins & Outs 1500 m 01:00 64:22 pace

After nearly a 2-month break, my sis and I attended Dave M.'s swim clinic again. This time it was at Seal beach. There were less waves here than Hermosa or Redondo but still enough to get my confidence going with entering the water and swimming back. I still go all out and then tire myself in the beginning, but after class, I did more in-and-out swims and was able to regulate my breathing. The class was HUGE this time and it was perfect because I was able to overcome my panic when there are loads of swimmers around - nudging/bumping/hitting - you. Overall, a fantastic clinic by Dave!
