Got a new watch (just a cheap Timex ;)) so hope these splits make sense: 50m. WU 100m (0:03:58.54); 5x50m drill (0:09:05.42); CD 50m (0:02:54.63). I could barely lift my arms afterwards, though! LOL so outta shape. Next week, I'm hoping I can do more than 1 drill.
