No drills, just laps. Felt good and not out-of-breath considering that they removed the bulkhead which divided the pool. Rested for about 30 seconds to a minute (maybe longer, I forget to bring my watch!) every 50m. On another note, I thought I might be sore today from the lunges, squats and planks from yesterday's workout but surprisingly I feel fine. Unless of course, I will get DDOMS (delayed delayed onset muscle soreness! lol) and it will begin tomorroz. O_o
