alright Long Run Training 20 mi 05:20 16:01 pace

I used my Forerunner 50 and Forerunner 201 today (to track my intervals). I was doing my 6/1 intervals up until mile 18 when I decided that jumping right into a 20-miler after a 2-week non-running break was too much. Anyway, I did walk the remaining 2 miles to get the mileage in. Slow, but steady and I think ready for LA. :)
