    This was a tougher run; I don't know if it had something to do with the easy pace and running in my VFF's -- like they were built for speed, you know? LOL

    Not a bad run; amazingly breathing didn't feel too laboured and definitely had more energy afterwards since I wanted to do a swim (but ended up doing resistance training)

    Was doing good until towards the end when I started to feel some hotspots in both my big toes. No blisters but I'm going to protect them the next time I wear my VFFs! Hoping to be able to jump to 8mi next weekend.

      i got sum VFF's....havent dared run in them yet tho.....maybe its time I did...

      They're awesome but don't do as I did by jumping on a 2mi run in them the first time! Run a few yards in the VFF's the first day, rest, then build up your miles from there.

    Wore shoes to this "easy" run but I really felt laboured. I was able to keep a constant pace throughout, though.
