Beautiful morning to be out. 40 degrees and a full moon. Probably shouldn't have gone out after the way I felt last week. I am going to need every ounce of energy I can muster just to hike a 50k tomorrow. Running downhill is painful so I think it will be a long day. The doc said I don't have a stress fracture so it must just be a bone bruise, so if I can handle the discomfort it won't cause any damage. Happy Trails.
