Bad news. I am having major shin pain atm. Not an immediate worry, but I am afraid it has the makings of shin splints. I am therefore changing out my workout a bit. I am going to turn my 2.6 mile run into a 1.3 mile lite run and a 1.3 mile swift walk 2 days a week, and the third day will be done on the elliptical machine in the gym. I will try this for a month or so and see if it lightens the pain a bit.
