Getting progressively more sore as I go. But within 2 minutes of the workout I am feeling GREAT! Today was a slow day, ran 1/4 mile walked 1/4 mile for 2.6 miles. Found a running partner at work who weighs almost the same as I do, and I seem to have motivated him. See you tomorrow....


It *will* get easier .... just stick with it B-I-L!!!!!
