    Ran to the point of almost heaving; stopped; then ran some more. Lots of hills and humidity; felt like I was swimming in sweat. I was sore not short of an hour after the run and worse today.

      You Latore girls are so competitive! It always amazes me that, no matter how bad she claims to feel or how poorly her training goes, Gina always gets a huge boost on race day. So I guess you're the same way. Congrats on your run!

    My legs were really tight in general and my right knee was KILLing me. Breathing was good even though Dianna and I talked a lot. Cool weather helped.

      No, actually it hurts every time I run and even after it's rested. Somebody suggested I get an MRI. I might wait until after my 5K next Sunday before I do that – LOL.
