I haven't been on the Elliptical in a LONG time. I got a cramp in my leg, three times and I only did it 15 minutes. I guess that means I better start doing it a little more often.

HA!!! It's like me losing count of my half mile laps the other day. :)I do know my times. I wear Bryan's watch with a stop watch feature that I use.
