Well just keep doing what you are doing and that PR will come. You already have an advantage, by organizing all the weekend long runs and the outfits for races, you never have time to doubt yourself for no reason. So when it's time to show up and run you just do it. And since the mind is one of the hardest things to overcome, you are in the drivers seat with all of your positive vibes and thoughts for others as it carries over to you.
