    Mid-morning long run on the Neuse River Greenway. My legs felt pretty good, considering this is my highest weekly total ever (77).

    I did a hilly local route for this run. The weather was PERFECT- 60 degrees and sunny with little wind in January! This is a strange winter, but I love it!

      It's a strange winter, but now that I've gotten used to it... I'm kind of loving it. It's like my favorite running temps have gotten extended indefinitely.
