    I did the last four miles at MP or less during today's long run. My legs felt good, even with a lot of elevation.

    I had a recovery week this week, so I did a shorter long run this week. It was a good day to hit the trails.

    I completed my first 20 miler in my training program for Pittsburgh this morning. Legs felt pretty good after a 70 mile week.
