I did a two part worout today. 30 minute Pilates or offic-lates as I call it, was this morning at.....you guessed it, my office lol. Then after dinner and time with my hubby, I turned the sexy up at the gym on the Elliptical for 50 minutes while singing girl power songs OUT LOUD and then running on the dreadmil for 10 minutes. If there was an 'I felt' button labeled freaking amazing, I would have picked that but great will work too lol.
