    80 jumping jacks, 50 vertical leg crunches, 20 sit ups, 15 tricep dips, 40 squats, 20 side lunges, 30 leg lifts, 50 bicycles, 15 push ups, 40 rissian twists. Now onto Cardio lol.

    Well I couldn't get through all of it and truth be told I had to stop more times than I'm gonna admit, but I am drenched in sweat and feeling spent. Awesome workout.

    Hubbs and I spent the day walking my old town of Prescott. It was so lovely to be there and go back in time.

    Just got back from the fest and it was pretty fun. The whole family went, but we forgot the pics : ( Great food, live bands and my 2 year old daughter dancing everywhere made for a great evening.

    I mixed some yoga, pilates and leg squat variations for a quick workout. It was so hard to get myself to push these out. Not satisfied with it, but I still have later tonight. Wish time was plentiful.

      I have never heard of chia tea. Off to Amazon I go. That looks like a gorgeous mix of food. Love it all (apart from the toast me and wheat fell out and wheat is no longer my friend . . doesn't even return my phone calls.) . . . oh its chai tea . . stupid non reading words properly eyes. I thought it was some high protein tea going on there!
