    We went to a friends St. Patrick's Day party last night. I had a few Irish shooters to celebrate, and suffered the payback today while running. I felt sluggish out there.

      Wow...that is quite the adventure, and a nice longer than intended run. Have you ever run the Cub Run trail that is over that way close to Westfields? There is only about 3 miles and then another 1.5 miles on the other side but you can do an out and back or run over there from out neighborhood. Some paved and some trail. Sounds like you may have actually hit part of it today.

      Very cool, Rob. It's easy to lose yourself on the trail and put in more miles than intended. Peace and solitude helps a lot. We'll have to go on a trail run someday. Next thing you know, you'll be toeing the line at Leadville...
