    Ran 3 miles and then a half mile cool down during lunch break, 1st mile at 8:30 pace, 2nd mile at 8 minute pace and 3rd mile at 7:30 pace.

    Ran 6 miles along the river tonight, 5.50 miles at 8 min pace then did a half mile of 50 yard fast strides. Right ankle I twisted a while back is feeling really tight afterwards but otherwise good.

    Ran 4 miles along my regular river route which I love! The run itself wasn't very impressive but the miles have been logged so got it done so happy with that.

    Nice 4 mile run with the ROGA group tonight then an hour yoga class with friends. A little chilly but happy was able to get it done, one day closer to spring. :)
