Under doctor's orders not to run. Will be swimming and doing water sports instead but I think it is not as fun to log that stuff. Yoga too. Sigh.

Even if you explain it so some servers, the concept is so completely foreign that it is not understood. They will look at the food in front of you and insist that they did what they were told and did not put bacon in your salad but completely forget about fish flakes. It is weird.

I have to skip the 5k race because our flight schedule was changed on us 6 times, and since I wasn't running long enough before getting pregnant, I couldn't continue running according to the doctor. Boooooo!

It is customary to receive a catalog of things to choose from. There were fruit baskets, massages, pillows, silverware, dishes, and just about anything you could think of. However the fitness section consisted of a timer/watch, a cushion with a hole in the middle, a yoga ball, and a towel.
