    I got 4 rounds in. Very tough workout. Started out with 35lb bar and then switched to 15lb bar to make it through the workout. Did not miss the extra 20 lbs! It was still super tough.

    Another 3 mile hike around some old Indian caves near Blue Lake. It was awesome! This hike involved exploring caves so it took a few hours.
