  1. FIT
    good arms

    Three different arm videos.

  2. RUN
    good 'hood 2.5 mi 00:26 10:11 pace

Hard to remember that I just ran a marathon. This was slow and I still feel stiff. So far so good with the knee, though.

  3. FIT
    good legs and butt

30 min pre-run. Would have done it after, but wasn't expecting the run; soccer was rained out.

  4. RUN
    good Square 3 mi 00:37 12:20 pace

First run since the marathon; definitely going to have to baby the knee. It was okay, but not silent for this. Ran/walked with Trisha and Niko.

  5. FIT
    good arms and legs

More arms than legs, but wanted to do something productive. Arms -fitnessblender 5x5x5. Legs-10 min app

  6. RUN
alright Publix Georgia Marathon 26.53 mi 03:53 08:47 pace

On course for my targeted 3:30 until mile 19. Left knee started going out at 19.5. A lot of walking the last 10k. Managed to run the last mile, but it was slow and painful. Rain stayed light and ... read more

Great result considering your issues. Sorry you didn't make your goal but clearly it's in you if you made it that far on pace. Nice work getting across the finish line. That's hard to do when you're having a tough go of it.

I thought of the pictures you posted when I looked at my own and how you thought they said it all. Mine did, too! The first half I'm quite happy and you can tell I was feeling good (which was true up to mile 19). By the end, there is a whole lot of pain on my face. Thankfully, there is also a heck of a lot of determination.

  7. RUN
    good circles 4 mi 00:37 09:15 pace

Final run.whatever will be will be. 90-100% chance of rain for the race, so I guess it was appropriate that this was in the drizzle. Not 100%, but at least I finally made it to the start line of ... read more

  8. RUN
Dutchtown with Brenda 9.04 mi 01:19 08:41 pace

Further than I had had planned, but not a lot of options if I wanted someone to run with.

  9. RUN
good EL Publix 9 mi 01:25 09:26 pace

Easy run and in the home stretch. 8 days to go.

  10. RUN
    Geezer Run 6.15 mi 00:54 08:44 pace

Beautiful night. Rain held off and it was perfect weather with a light breeze.

  11. RUN
    Neighborhood run 6 mi 00:54 08:56 pace

Only half a circle out and then half a circle back in; not quite ready to start spinning circles in my own subdivision again. It's nice having light further into the evening so I can get beyo... read more

  12. RUN
    Circles 6.01 mi 00:53 08:44 pace

Warm and slightly rainy. It was weird being in shorts and short sleeves. Threw in some hill repeats for fun.

  13. RUN
good Eastlake with Brenda 9.5 mi 01:22 08:37 pace

Nice hills for half of it. Brenda was doing 16, so wanted to avoid the hills for the second half since she had 4 miles of hills between where she dropped me off and home.

  14. RUN
good NewSole- Jeneen and Geri 12 mi 01:49 09:05 pace

Fairly hilly. Getting to the end of my training. Full in 2 weeks.

  15. RUN
    good early morning@ square 7 mi 01:04 09:04 pace

It was 60s, rainy, and humid when we ran.
