  1. RUN
good easy circles 6 mi 00:56 09:20 pace

  3. RUN
    good super hero 10k 6 mi 00:47 07:47 pace

Course was short, but the hills made up for that. Used it as a tempo run. First in my AG; second female overall.

  4. RUN
    good circles 2 mi

This was pathetic. Wanted it out of the way early because of a 10k tomorrow, but too close to the speed work and not enough sleep. Probably good I tried something, even though it was no where near... read more

  5. RUN

1.5 mile warm up and cool down. 2:32, 2:25, 2:26, 2:23, 2:25, 2:30. The last one was tough.

  6. RUN
Geezer running group 6 mi 00:54 09:00 pace

Have a knot in my calf, so decided to delay my track work until Thursday. I will presumably have time to roll between now and then since Open House is over at the school.

  7. RUN
    Circles 6 mi

Rarely run without my Garmin, but I did this without. Guessing 9-9.5 min mile, but I'm not sure since I didn't completely pay attention to what time I started...or finished :)

  8. RUN
good Bethlehem Bottoms 8.61 mi 01:17 08:57 pace

I really need to get to a chiropractor and get my foot snapped back into place; a little more stress on my left calf than it should have been.

  13. RUN
    good track 12 x 400 8 mi 01:08 08:30 pace

Haven't done repeats in awhile, and it's been even longer since I've done them on a track. Last half was tough, but kept them all at 1:36-1:38, so at least my legs knew what they wer... read more

Nice repeats. Tis the season for starting marathon training. Pretty tough starting when it is so hot and humid! Which marathon are you doing?

A local (more or less) race; it's the Soldiers Marathon in Columbus, GA. Last year's race is my marathon PR and I'm hoping to cut some time out.

  14. RUN
good Big, hot circles 6.01 mi 00:54 08:58 pace

Made sure to walk and get a drink after every 1.4 mi revolution; wasn't too bad when the sun was blocked by the clouds. Pretty miserable when it wasn't (they took out most of the trees fo... read more
