    Hard to remember that I just ran a marathon. This was slow and I still feel stiff. So far so good with the knee, though.

    30 min pre-run. Would have done it after, but wasn't expecting the run; soccer was rained out.

      Great result considering your issues. Sorry you didn't make your goal but clearly it's in you if you made it that far on pace. Nice work getting across the finish line.That's hard to do when you're having a tough go of it.

      I thought of the pictures you posted when I looked at my own and how you thought they said it all. Mine did, too! The first half I'm quite happy and you can tell I was feeling good (which was true up to mile 19). By the end, there is a whole lot of pain on my face. Thankfully, there is also a heck of a lot of determination.
