  1. RUN
    Ladder circles 8.03 mi 01:09 08:35 pace

Watch wasn't working for some reason; I was relieved to see when I downloaded to Garmin that my times, while slower than I wanted to hit, were much higher than my watch led me to believe. I t... read more

  2. RUN
    good Sam's with Diane 8 mi 01:11 08:53 pace

Stopped ~.3 mile from the car and walked back. Both of us were beat. Quiet route, although we saw a (presumably not rabid) tween fox.

  3. RUN
good LSD- RunFit 14 mi 02:17 09:47 pace

Guess on time since it's not on me. Just know we averaged 9:45 with water stops.

  4. RUN
    Easy Circles 7.01 mi 01:07 09:32 pace

    Easy recovery after yesterday.

  5. RUN
good tempo circles 9.01 mi 01:13 08:05 pace

~10 sec slower per mile than I want to hit, but honestly, I'm pretty proud of myself. Tempo is the hardest run for me to do in my own, and this humid, hot weather isn't exactly motivating.

  6. RUN
good Geezer run 7 mi 00:57 08:07 pace

Am working on a cold and didn't want to go out at all, but pulled in by the Geezers.

  7. RUN
    good circles 6 mi 00:58 09:39 pace

Hot, humid, and just generally miserable. Rarely am I so glad to be done.

  8. RUN
    good Dutchtown 8.03 mi 01:11 08:50 pace

Legs were tired after the past two days.

  9. RUN
Circles through the hood 9 mi 01:15 08:19 pace

Ah, the sites and sounds of fall. High school football game behind my neighborhood and a "lovely" haze of burning leaves at the front of the 'hood. Despite sucking in more leaf deb... read more

  10. RUN
    good 5 x 1000 circles 6.5 mi 00:55 08:24 pace

This sucked; not as humid, but I was still sucking wind. Need to figure out my water intake and get some sleep.

  11. RUN
good EL Kroger 9.01 mi 01:26 09:30 pace

    Another round with the hills

  12. walk
    good memorial park 2 mi

Walked with Harper's BFF; it sped by as we monitored two giggling 4 yo.

  13. RUN
EL Kroger with MRTT 13.33 mi 02:18 10:19 pace

Took it easy since I ran the 9 miles so close to this. Not looking to reinjure myself, especially on a hilly route. Humid, but overall a good run.

  14. RUN
circles and hood 9.04 mi 01:22 09:04 pace

Thankfully we had a lull in the storms so I could get a run in. Still behind some miles for the week, unfortunately, but I would have been really unhappy to have to skip tonight, too.

Great way to get in the miles because it has been hard to fit them in between all of the storms!

  15. RUN
good square with geezers 3.32 mi 00:33 09:52 pace

Run called short due to lightening; while we were talking afterward, we saw a transformer get struck. It was spectacular, but glad we were inside by then!
