  1. RUN
good Thanksgiving beach run 6.25 mi 00:55 08:48 pace

Since I opted out of racing, figured I needed to do a 10k on my own. Sand kicks my butt.

Sand is hard to run on. Nice 10k. Happy Thanksgiving.

  2. walk
good Madeira Beach family walk 3.28 mi

Saw some dolphins despite the fog.

  3. RUN
good Madeira Beach 3.12 mi 00:28 08:58 pace

Stuck to the streets since it was getting dark and there was a very thick fog coming off the gulf.

  4. RUN
good Madeira Beach 6 mi 00:58 09:39 pace

Almost 80 when I ran. Had to walk a few times.

  5. walk
good family beach walk 2.05 mi 00:50 24:23 pace

Waking up to 71 degree weather after the past couple of weeks was pleasant.

  6. RUN
good Sam's with Diane, Shaft, Jose... 8.11 mi 01:14 09:06 pace

    Still stiff.

  7. RUN
    Geezer Run 5 mi 00:42 08:27 pace

    Much warmer running.

  8. RUN
good Geezer run 5 mi 00:50 10:00 pace

Not sure what moving time was. We took it easy, but also stopped to let people catch up. It was a balmy 31; at least the wind has died down.

  9. RUN
    good first post-marathon run 4 mi 00:36 09:00 pace

Between work and a reincarnation of my upper respiratory issues (currently have laryngitis so I wore a scarf over my mouth) I haven't been able to get out. Legs definitely stiff, but was great... read more

  10. walk
    good family walk 2.7 mi

Trying to work out the soreness. Right quad is probably my sorest spot.

  11. RUN
good Soldiers Marathon 26.2 mi 03:34 08:10 pace

My watch said 26.44, so didn't do well with the tangets. First half was on track, but started to fall apart at about 15. Had to use my inhaler, calves/right quad wanted to cramp, and I felt n... read more

Way to go Kellie! You put in the work and congrats on the BQ! I too got leg cramps in my last marathon (never had them before or since) so I know the frustration. Sorry the last 10 or so was rougher than you planned but your final time is impressive!

  12. RUN
good final shake out run 2.8 mi 00:28 10:00 pace

Not sure what tomorrow will bring, ham is still doing more than it should on the left, shoulders are tight, and still have some fall allergy issues.

  13. RUN
    Geezer run 5 mi 00:48 09:35 pace

Just two of us tonight. Nice to not have to do circles (counted it up and I'm at 736 circles for the year!)

  14. RUN
good circle and Licken Chicken 5.03 mi 00:46 09:08 pace

Ran one circle before meeting some MRTT runners.

  15. RUN
    good circles 4 mi 00:38 09:30 pace

Not going to lie...I'm sick of circles. Supposed to do 6, but wasn't convinced that my left calf was up for more. I have a lot of work to do before I try again next spring.

  16. RUN
good EL Publix with Diane 8 mi 01:13 09:05 pace

Decided to take advantage of the time change and sleep in this morning since that never happens. Ran at 2.

  17. RUN
    good sam's 8.5 mi 01:16 08:56 pace

39 and windy. Temp wasn't horrible, wind sucked running into it. Overall, all not too bad

good early at the square 7.01 mi 01:02 08:50 pace

Nice to know that my run was in before my day started. Don't think I'd survive for long getting up that early and teaching all day, though.
