  1. RUN
XC- jr Memorial Park 2.18 mi 00:22 10:05 pace

Paced my 6 yo to a 1.5 mile PR of 14:42. Super-proud of her.

  2. RUN
good Judicial Center 6 mi 01:00 10:00 pace

Felt great to run with my peeps again. A little pinching around my SI joint/lower back, but otherwise all systems are go. Just need to be smart easing back in.

6 is a lot for an "easing back in" run. Best to you Kellie!

LOL, Tim. I know, but the pace was slow and we were always within half mile of our car, so I let my body guide. The time also didn't include a couple of stops for various reasons, which is why I think I was able to go the full 6. I'm hoping that since I haven't been completely sans running the last few weeks I can at least get back to 6 mile runs 3x/week.

  3. RUN
    good xc-mt carmel 2.1 mi 00:22 10:28 pace

H ran her 1.5 in 15:49, which was a race PR for her. Had to go out fast or she would have gotten stuck behind a lot of slower runners and it can be hard to pass on this course. Unfortunately, too... read more

  4. RUN
    xc - mt carmel 1.75 mi 00:20 11:25 pace

Lower back I still tight, but no pain anywhere. Ran with the lead boys in my group.

  5. RUN
good Solo circle in the hood 3.25 mi 00:33 10:13 pace

Lower back tight, but no complaint from SI.

  6. RUN
good xc - mt Carmel 2.85 mi

First run since I started pain in my hip. Chiro seems to have gotten it mostly adjusted, but lower back is very tight..

  7. RUN
    good Jansen 4 mi 00:38 09:30 pace

First 1.5 miles with the kids to keep them in shape for xc. Legs are tired after this; underestimated how much unstable gravel works the legs.

    Ran 1.5 with each kiddo.
