    Almost skipped because of mental exhaustion, but took it one loop at a time. At 5 I knew I had no legit reason for not getting what the plan called for.

    Only had one runner doing lower mileage and she needed to go slower because of a sore leg. Didn't hurt my feelings any. Still feeling yesterday's hills.

    Fairly hilly route. Both of us walked up the bridge over I75 at 19.5. Legs were just done. Nice morning.

    Decided to skip strength since today was day 7 in a row and brought me to 70 miles. Legs feeling pretty good. Pace was faster overall...had a 0.5 mile walk due to bathroom emergency at 7.5 miles.

    Met Laura who wanted a faster pace for herself, which matched well with the easier pace I wanted after Sunday's run. Gorgeous weather.
