  1. RUN
Huff n Puff Trail Half 13.1 mi 02:09 09:50 pace

Fun course, although my Garmin measured it a bit short; not sure if it was or not (a friend had 13.07, so maybe not). Certainly a lot of trees to screw it up. Fairly hilly, which I loved. Short ... read more

  2. RUN
good warm up 4.02 mi 00:39 09:40 pace

Feeling kind lf blah, so not sure how 13.1 on trails will feel. Trying to stay warm until the start.

  3. RUN
good Geezer run 6.1 mi 00:52 08:29 pace

Great weather for running. Felt great. Day off and then going to do a trail race for fun.

  4. RUN
good Geezer recovery run 7 mi 01:06 09:25 pace

Knee is feeling normal tonight. Going to baby in just in case for awhile. Got some blisters with the new shoes.

  5. RUN
    good Hot Chocolate 15k 9.3 mi 01:10 07:33 pace

Garmin said 9.43. A little slower than last year, but course was changed and hillier this year. 7th in AG again and 39th female in. I'll take it.

  6. RUN
good NewSole training group 6 mi 00:56 09:15 pace

Left knee/leg is off. Can't really pinpoint where I'm feeling the pain. It's fine with running, but hurts afterward. Still running the Hot Chocolate tomorrow, but will be listenin... read more

I felt fine during my run today but now my left piriformis hurts. When the right one hurt, it ended up being a stress fracture, though I can't remember it hurting after a run and not during. Ugh. Injuries and injury prevention. Good luck with the race!

  7. RUN
    good circles 4.2 mi 00:38 09:02 pace

Left leg is stiff; think I need new work shoes (not that it's completely unrelated to running)

  8. RUN
good East Lake 12.21 mi 01:59 09:45 pace

Only has 6 planned, but a friend needed her LSD and I was looking to avoid some work.

  9. RUN
good NewSole - Nathan and Shafton 8.05 mi 01:06 08:11 pace

Not sure what got into me after yesterday's 17.5, but legs felt great so I let them do their thing and tried to keep my brain out of it.

  10. RUN
    good Part 1 - AMS with Jeneen and ... 6.23 mi 00:56 09:03 pace

    Started at 4:30.

  11. RUN

    Middle part.

  12. RUN

    Last leg on my own

  13. RUN
good Geezer Run 6.26 mi 00:53 08:30 pace

Did part of this as tempo, but also did a short section of run/walk with one of the newer members of the group who was bringing up the rear.

  14. walk
    Alexander Lake 3.5 mi

Wore my weighted vest to make it more challenging; I think 3 miles may be the max for that; shoulders started to hurt.

  15. RUN
    good Sam's 8 mi 01:18 09:45 pace

    Guessing on time; paced Josette.

  16. RUN
great LSD- Part 2 Circles 4.02 mi 00:37 09:11 pace

Had to get home to feed the family breakfast so there was ~2 hrs in between the finish of part 1 and the start of part 2. Ran on a full belly, which was somewhat uncomfortable. Still only 28, but... read more

  17. RUN
    great LSD Part 1 - Heron Bay 12.01 mi 02:08 10:40 pace

Let Ben set the pace. ~25 when we started (supposedly felt like 20), but really wasn't that bad as long as the wind didn't blow, which even when it did, it was only a light breeze.

  18. RUN
    good circles 4.1 mi 00:38 09:16 pace

Easy run before LSD tomorrow morning (going to be cold!)
