    Off from school today because of "uncertainty in the weather". Temp was right at 32, no wind, and dry. We'll see what tonight brings (rain at the least). Glad to have it done.

    Haven't been in the hood spinning circles in awhile; ambivalent about these. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great. needed to get out, though, as I've only run 1 day this week.

      Go to YouTube and search fitnessblender 5 x 5 x 5. You do 5 reps followed by 5 pulses, 5 times. It is murder by the last set (it was squats, single leg lunges, a kickback, something else and bridges)

    Probably could have pushed it harder if I had to, but a friend needed a partner and I didn't really need to overdo it. Legs felt pretty good; need to work the core more though.
