      Way to go Kellie! You put in the work and congrats on the BQ! I too got leg cramps in my last marathon (never had them before or since) so I know the frustration. Sorry the last 10 or so was rougher than you planned but your final time is impressive!

      It's taper time! "hay is in the barn!" I skipped 3 runs last week and don't think it will have any impact on my marathon.

      Hanson isn't much of a fan of taper. However, I'm not too concerned...yet. I missed some mileage last week and so I'm worried about missing too much this week on top of that. I will miss some, just trying to minimize.
