  1. RUN
good East Lake 8 mi 01:14 09:15 pace

Ran/walked mile 8 since it was a bit of a stretch for what I've built up to. Definitely could tell I haven't made it much pass the 10k in a long time. Overall, though, felt good.

  2. RUN
    good Hood 2.1 mi 00:21 09:52 pace

Did 45 min of legs before this; was rather painful.

  3. RUN
    good NewSole 6.4 mi 01:01 09:31 pace

Mileage felt ok; hills about killed me.

  4. RUN
    good Hood 5 mi 00:49 09:48 pace

    Last mile was rough.

  5. RUN
    good Sams 6 mi 00:56 09:20 pace

Pleasantly surprised by this run. Been about a month since I ran 6.

  6. RUN
good Licken Chicken 5 mi 00:49 09:50 pace

Humid and hilly. Need re-acclimated to both.

  7. RUN
    good Hood 4 mi 00:37 09:09 pace

It was stuffy. Felt good up through the 5k, then I realized it's been a long time since I've run right after eating dinner. Bleh.

  8. RUN
    good 15th St 4.06 mi 00:43 10:35 pace

Needed easy as I work on building back up. Half training officially started Sat; I'm easing in slowly. May be a race to just finish.

  9. RUN
    good 'hood 3.13 mi 00:30 09:35 pace

Needed to move after about 3 hrs decorating a 3d cake for my son (incidentally, I wont be quitting my day job)

  10. RUN
    Hood 4 mi 00:45 11:15 pace

Horrible. Apparently the Ons won't work any more.

  11. RUN
    Licken Chicken 5 mi 00:46 09:11 pace

Haven't done hills lately. This was brutal.

  12. RUN
    good Trek 5 mi 00:52 10:21 pace

Enjoyed my morning run with some of my favorite people.

  13. RUN
    good Hood 4 mi 00:35 08:45 pace

Two days back in the classroom had me stopping at 4 instead of 6. Been a busy week. Looking forward to some consistency.

  14. RUN
XC- jr Memorial Park 2.18 mi 00:22 10:05 pace

Paced my 6 yo to a 1.5 mile PR of 14:42. Super-proud of her.
