    Week is all screwed up because of my TAPP class. Going for quantity, not quality. Swapped out Thursday's tempo run miles for some easy because Amy needed a running buddy.

    I think I just hit a wall, probably more so mentally than physically. Only got 1/3 of what I needed. Too many bugs in my eyes and too dark. Couldn't work up any ambition to finish it up at home.

      Sometimes it's ok to bail on a workout. I feel like there are times when listening to your brain is the smart thing to do.

    Made the first 7 miles in right at 60 min, which was faster than I figured I'd be. Legs were tired. Slowed down to run with a couple of other ladies the last 3.

    Not sure of total time; screwed up my watch, so did it in 3 sections. Finished 800s in 3:15, 3:15, 3:17, 3:17, so all things considering (like I wanted 6 and only did 4) I'm happy.

    The humidity kicked my butt. Had to use my inhaler at 6.1. Legs felt like jelly off and on until the end. Wasn't sure I'd make it, but managed it.
