Treadmill at the gym

I did the 5K workout on the treadmill at the gym, which abruptly flips you into cooldown mode at mile 3.1, before you have a chance to see your time. Annoying, that. I do know that I finished the 3.1 in just under 36 minutes, because my cooldown time was 6 minutes. I'm pleased with that time, because the first 5 minutes were warmup at 4 mph and I took a couple of walking breaks to drink a little water. I felt good and strong the whole time, and if training continues to go well, I'll be rarin' for that 10K in mid-June! :-D
