    I'm still sore from BodyPump yesterday, so recovery day for me. This was actually two walks: .37 with the dog in the morning and .92 with the husband at lunch time. :-)

      I am unbelievably sore today, and it's not like I've been skipping class or upping the weights, either. I think it's just that she changed up the tracks, and there was more of the super slow movement on the chest track. That, and it has been awhile since I did a back-to-back with spin class.

    Whew! I hadn't planned on spin class--was thinking a quick 10:10:10 minutes on bike, treadmill, and elliptical instead--but I just snapped into autopilot. I started a little before class started, so got 20 miles this time! Woot!

    Yeay! We had a break in the rain, so I got to get out for a nice walk. (I felt like I'd rather be running, and actually jogged for a teensy bit of it, but didn't want to get sweaty in my work clothes.)
