I know...first our former instructor, and now this one! :-( It's a well-attended class, so I'm hoping one of the other trainers will pick it up. And I hope they keep the strength format, because that's the stuff I need more of the "noodge" to do. I'm definitely feeling stronger since I've gotten back to going regularly, which is encouraging!

Oh, sorry, I missed seeing this, Lorrie! It's a class which combines cardio and strength moves, and she incorporates the Bosu ball. Each group of exercises starts with a longer & higher intensity set, easing down to fewer reps. We use hand weights for some things (biceps, triceps, shoulders) and body weight exercises for others (squats, lunges, burpees, push-ups, planks). It's a good class.
