For a "quick" ride, that's a lot of KM's - and at a remarkable pace. Outstanding ride, Gustaf.

You're Funny:
I don't know if anything that goes for over two and a half hours can be classed as "a quick spin". Unless you were referring to pace, and even then I think you can do better :)

Behind or ahead median ride - what's the difference? Sorry for my ignorance.

median time is kind of like the average time. Cyclemeter App for iPhone will give you spoken announcements on the course (i have mine set to 2km intervals) which will tell you if you are ahead/behind your best time, ahead/behind your median time or ahead/behind your worst time. It is a suprisingly good motivator, particulalry if you are riding to your own pace solo.

You're on a mission and you're wishin'
someone could cure you're lonely condition
You're lookin for love in all the wrong places
Not fine girls just ugly faces
From frustration first inclination
Is to become a monk and leave the situation
But every dark tunnel has a lighter hope
So don't hang yourself with a celibate rope

Yes I'm on a mission and I managed to get back on track this weekend, 100 km over 4 days should be doable, even if we get rain.
