Track workout at 6 AM with some other devoted Believe/Achieve Run Clubbers. We were also joined by the two older gentlemen with canes who always walk in the opposite direction in Lane 1, an abandoned folding chair in Lane 5 (??), and someone smoking (not us, but we had to breathe it in, yuck!). But we got it done!
