Getting stronger and faster, but my legs could definitely tell I ran 8+ miles yesterday! Good group run, surf competition going on at Folly Beach- beautiful beach at that. Wanted to stick around for breakfast with the gang, but couldn't wait 30 minutes to get seated (starving!)
