great Believe/Achieve on the IOP 8.3 mi

Isle of Palms with Believe/Achieve Run Club at 6 AM this morning. About 6-7 of us stayed together and talked, fun times. Ran the whole thing too- no walk breaks today- amping it up for the Dirt Dash 12K and a Fall half marathon!
