Warm up then intervals. I went to cool down and my hip hurt too bad to run anymore, so I walked until I got to 2.5 and called it a day. I think I have bursitis or something after googling symptoms. Pretty sure I'm gonna have to find a doc here in Charleston soon, not looking forward to this!
