I ran my first 5K in Charleston on July 4... 25:35 and placed 3rd in my age group. There are definitely some fast females here! I had a great time though and ran a great race, I'm really surprised I did that well considering the heat and humidity and the fact that it's on a trail. The speedwork is paying off!
