Includes warmup, cooldown, and 5 intervals/recoveries. All the intervals were pretty fast, and since I was on the treadmill, I was able to make them progressively faster. Definitely a good run. Walked it out at the end to get a nice, even number (does anyone else do this, lol? I obsess...
