  3. RUN
    good Onshore 10 mi

I forgot to start my Garmin but this was nice and easy. I slowed down a lot at the end and mostly just supported the marathoners who were doing their last 20 before May Day.

  4. RUN
    good PG Track 7.5 mi

    1.5 mile warmup, 4 x 1 mile (400 rec.), .1 mile cooldown.

  6. RUN
great Progression Run 7.86 mi 01:05 08:13 pace

    Good class today.

  9. RUN
great Lucky 7 Challenge: Day 1 7.28 mi

Since I took a rest day yesterday (well, I lifted upper body, so technically my legs rested), I started the Lucky 7 challenge. Ran down Harry Hallman, over the bridge, and back before work.

  10. FIT
    great Upper Body 00:45

    My legs need a break.

  11. RUN
good Easy like Sunday morning 6.54 mi 00:57 08:45 pace

No Church of Onshore for me this morning. Thought of skipping run I have friends in town, but remembered that I like to eat. Ran before they woke up so we could all go to breakfast.

Probably the best thing to do is drive to Mt. Pleasant (just over the bridge) and run the bridge. If you're near Hampton Park, I recommend there because you can run laps around the park and each lap is a mile.

Also the battery is great. Part of it is on the Charleston Marathon route and that's where I used to do speedwork.

  14. RUN
good West Ashley Greenway, Wappoo,... 8.6 mi 01:15 08:44 pace

Not a fan of the off-leash dogs on the West Ashley Greenway.

When your dog charges toward a runner, "he doesn't bite" is the worst cop-out ever. Your dog hasn't bitten... ye... read more
