      Everyone else seems to really like her (she has a hot bod after having kids, amazing shape, etc). She started teaching that slot over the holidays so I have given her a chance (4 classes). I love doing BodyPump 2x a week, I'll just go on Mondays and maybe someday they will get another person for Wednesdays.

      I can't go this week so that's going to be me next week. Side note, you were one of the people who influenced me enough to try Pump (along with a couple other "real life" friends). It took awhile to get used to, but I am really getting to love it - even with 2 times a week, I'm noticing dramatic changes in my upper body and the way my clothes fit. So, thank you! :)

      I took last week off because I wanted to sleep in and recover from my half, and my only option for BodyPump is Mon/Wed at 6 AM. BodyPump was NOT happening the Monday after a half anyway!

      2x a week is GREAT, especially for people who are primarily into another sport (like runners). I know people who go 3-4 times a week but generally their main exercise is group fitness and not running. Sometimes it is hard to balance 2x a week with running when training for distance, though :(.

      You're welcome! Yeah, I don't get anything for people using it, but I like for everyone to be able to save some $$$ on these races because they are all getting so expensive! It is just crazy... we will have a BIG crowd from Charleston there, I already know of like 5-6 people registered.
