    Great BodyPump class today... but why do my cross training mornings always fall on such beautiful days? Wish I was out running this morning instead of Pump, but I'll run this evening.

      Thanks! Yeah I am trying to do some more strength training, and as hard as it is not to run on pretty days, BodyPump really helps me run better, good for developing power.
