      Thanks Tia! It was not one of my faster long runs, I kinda hung back since I raced yesterday and because we had some people who were doing their first long run back after a layoff. It was good, kinda serves 2 purposes to run easier but also run with and check up on others.

    12x400. Hardest workout I've done in awhile. 89% humidity felt like 100% humidity at the track, still managed some great paces and consistency.
