      Haha, well everyone in spin was fine, but the gym opens at 4:30 and that person was late. Feel bad for those peeps. I just know some gym-goers were not very happy and the workers were stressed :(

      Thanks guys! Yeah, it was in May in 2014. I think moving it to late March is a good call because that means everyone in the South trains during the winter (best time to train for a marathon) and it's cooler on race day. A half in May is do-able, but a full might be pretty brutal, March is much better!

    Same route as last week. First 3 miles were easy, then kicked it up to crank out an 8:01 final mile. Lots of horse carriages out today.
