    We did the new release. I'm so ready to increase my weights. Now that we have new instructors on Wednesday morning, I'm going to go twice a week and get strong again!

      What did you think? My gym is launching it on Saturday, but with my big race for the year coming up in a little over a week, I'll probably skip Pump next week.

      Thanks! I loved the last release, but my instructor hated it, so she stopped doing it as soon as the mandatory period was over. I might try to go Monday night but I will probably end up waiting till the following week.

      See, my instructor is new and trained on the last release so we did it for a long time bc I don't think she knows many releases (she is a great instructor though). You are probably fine with this release if you go on Monday and take it fairly easy, but I get it if you want to skip. I would not have gone today if I was racing Saturday but I would have gone on Monday.

      I did :). Rain shower didn't start until later, but Charleston's gonna flood. I have a few friends who work downtown who are trapped in their offices :(.
