      ayos! si Sir Enrique ang coach mo sa HP. ako naman coach ko si Sir June Javier sa Eternity. Parehas tayong tinuturuan ng mga elite barefoot runners at parehas din sa sementeryo and venue :)

      uu nga. my extrang gabay din ng mga... lam na. hehe. sana 1 time mgkasma-sama tau sa isang run. my pinplano kming mga runners d2 sa HP. cguro 1 week ng oct. 50K. molino to alabang. easy pace lng then kain-kwento-uwi ang tema. ung mga veterans at seniors d2 sa amin gsto rin sumama pero wla png solid n npgpaplanohan eh. bka gsto nyo sumama?
