    Wonderful. I had so much energy that I actually ran more than I walked. I had a slow pace today because my running buddy mostly walked.

    It kicked my butt. I started to feel nauseated and light headed so I took a break. Not giving up however. I will be back next Monday. Running/walking in the morning. :-)
