Nikhil : OGC (Oxford Golf Club) is a hill workout and it is decent slope. And since this is golf club, it is very beautiful.

i was discussing one thing with trupti...now a days I am feeling running anytime..it doesn't matter whether it is early morning or noon...I just want to run...and whenever I see anybody is overtaking me while walking..I increase my walking speed...i guess this is the way your body follows after long and regular running..

Tried to avoid heal strike and correct foot landing. Ended up running fast. However i was able to match cadence, food landing and posture at this pace. -

Extreme slope. The guide we thought to hire estimated 3 hrs one way but good we finished earlier. Carrying my son on my back made it perfect cross training. Sad, I injured my knee and wrist on the way
