A good interview. And, when will you start working out? What is the problem exactly? I think you were having pain in your Achilles or something like that, but hopefully you will at least get some riding and walking!

I'm not injured, Pierre, just working very long weeks on a lot of stuff that's really important to me and time-sensitive.

Very nicely done. I can’t even imagine how many hours of work go into producing such a professional video.

A beautiful video and your bit part was lovely. This is not at all my kind of thing in any way whatsoever but I could appreciate how beautifully done it was. I also appreciated the hard work, the eye for beauty, etc. Good for you!

I am old and fat and slow, but at least I still got up the hill from Neville Park in the big ring.

being back to biking will help, but i get the 'eating like i'm still in training for a marathon' appetite. i'm basically *always* hungry. it can be hard to find foods that keep me feeling full. good luck with this road. i know you can do what you put your mind to. :)

Nice to have you back on here! If you need any support remember I'm right here alongside you. I have 35 lbs to drop and the sleep/rest is such a big part of that... so I totally get it.

Bikemute rides again! A bit late though because my front tire sprung a sudden and loud leak right before I left, and I am still pretty clumsy at changing out tubes.

Meh. Crowded. Couldn't get any speed up.

If I can't have a white Christmas, at least I can have a bikemute after Midwinter. Wouldn't have done this two years ago, that's for sure. (Ice storm)

Toasty. I could have swapped out my wool tube for my bamboo one.

I picture you in a bamboo tube... kind of clanky, no? Nice riding.

Pierre - I hear you. I'm in the process of getting rid of about half my stuff. Listing stuff on kijiji and craigslist as well as local Facebook buy sell trade groups, and Freecycle. I also put a bunch of stuff in the mail to a friend.

Robert, kids are unlikely for me, but I'm afraid the grandchildren of my cohort will be all too familiar with bike riding in December. The surprise for them will be a white Christmas.
