Up early at 4:30, did my workout well, though I'm struggling with shin-splints and had to pause in the middle of the walk to stretch. Feeling good. P4L5 HIIT Walk: 5 min warmup, HIIT series: 5.9, 7.5, 5.9, 6.5, 8.1 x4, 5 min cooldown.

    Good going! Still got it done. Stretching is ok in the middle of the walk. We teach that on the 3-Day. Do what your body is telling you.
