Oh, it felt GREAT to be outside walking again!! I did just an easy interval walk, and had no issues with my foot. I did a marathon weekend as far as work is concerned this past weekend to attempt to reduce the amount of stress in my life, which is starting to crowd out my walking workouts. Can't have that!!! I NEED TO WALK!!!

Ahh. My day has begun the way it should have and I feel great!
