    Upped my pace walk speed to 6.0 km/hr (from 5.5) and today I also used some gentle weights as I walked.

    Today was the day I walk with gentle weights. I've been pretty tired all week, and twice I've not been able to finish my workout, but today I got all the way through. Feels good.

      Good going! Still got it done. Stretching is ok in the middle of the walk. We teach that on the 3-Day. Do what your body is telling you.
