    Nice run! Felt super strong. The stupid cold is going away finally. 66 degrees.

    Head still pretty stuffy but got the legs moving a bit. This was my 5th cold/virus of the season! Something is wrong with me. Oh yeah, it might be that little autoimmune disease I have.

    Most amazing long run I've ever had. And it was 70 degrees, 56% humidity, which I think counts for low humidity around here. :)

      After reading this entry, I have one question and one statement. Question: with your partial-veganism, can you have cheese? i.e. Is that dairy cheese on the pizza you consumed?! (yum!!)
