That sucks. For me, I’m on Fitbit so I’m already used to doing it the lower tech way. I’m waiting for auto imports of my workouts.

I haven't been able to upload workouts since upgrading my watch a few years ago. I'm used to it now, don't mind the manual entry as it only takes a minute. I'll never abandon DailyMile - it's all about the people! Nice running Pope :)

Yes, all sin and no running makes for a sleepless Pope. Or to be more specific, "All jerk and no way makes Jan a dull boy."

I've had spells of insomnia and it always turned out to have an explanation... drinking red wine or eating fried mushrooms were the two most salient causes for me. Look at the patterns.

Other things that cause me to wake in the night and not be able to get back to sleep used to be drinking anything with caffeine after four pm, or napping during the day, or going to bed at odd hours. Once you have broken the insomnia pattern, you can tolerate these a little more.

Rumours of my death ... 7.38 mi 01:07 09:07 pace

    Penance 12.2 mi 01:55 09:26 pace

Forgive me, my flock, for I have sinned: It’s been ten days since my last run.

I saw something about a sorry fat ass. I was in a cafeteria today talking to my wife and directly behind her this guy oozed out if his trousers and sagged his large pimple ass out the back of his chair. I asked her to move a bit to block the sight.
