    I can't believe it....but I bench pressed! It was just the bar but I definitely plan on getting stronger :) then my friend and I did lots of abs and squats and some more lunges. Fun times!

    Warmed up for 2 minutes, then level 6 for 2 minutes, level 10 for 2 minutes, and back and forth raising the level as I went. Did that for 30 minutes! Great workout!

    1 quickish mile on the treadmill, 1 mile on the crossramp elliptical, and 2 miles on the bike...nice little fitness workout at the gym!
